Erol Franciscus Xaverius Iba (lahir 6 Agustus 1979) adalah mantan pemain sepak bola profesional asal Indonesia. Erol memiliki satu gelar juara Liga Indonesia bersama Persipura Jayapura. Ia sempat diminati oleh klub Liga Australia, Newcastle Jets setelah tidak memperpanjang kontrak dengan Pelita Jaya. Ia pensiun pada tahun 2016. Sekarang, ia menjadi asisten pelatih di Persipura Jayapura.
