Erwin Oskar Ding-Schuler (19 September 1912 – 11 Agustus 1945) adalah seorang dokter bedah Jerman dan perwira Waffen-SS yang meraih pangkat Sturmbannführer (Mayor). Ia dikenal karena melakukan eksperiment erhadap para tahanan kamp konsentrasi Buchenwald.
