Es tebak

Es tebak di Bukittinggi

Es tebak adalah varian es campur dari Sumatera Barat. Yang dimaksud dengan istilah "tebak" adalah olahan dari tepung beras ketan yang dicampur dengan tepung sagu dan dimasak dengan air garam dan kapur sirih. Setelah matang, adonan tersebut dicetak tipis seperti cendol. Barulah pelengkap lainnya seperti sirop merah, susu kental manis, dan es batu serut ditambahkan.[1][2]
