Eucoccidiorida adalah ordo parasit bersel satu, membentuk spora dan mikroskopik yang masuk ke dalam kelas Conoidasida. Protozoa dalam ordo ini meliputi parasit terhadap manusia, dan baik binatang peliharaan dan liar termasuk burung. Di antara parasit ini terdapat Toxoplasma gondii yang menyebabkan toksoplasmosis dan Isospora belli, yang menyebabkan Isosporiasis.
