Euhirudinea ("lintah sejati") adalah sebuah infrakelas dari upakelas Hirudinea (lintah). Kelompok ini merupakan anggota kelas Clitellata, yang merupakan bagian dari filum Annelida. Terdapat sembilan famili yang menjadi anggota kelompok ini, yang secara tradisional dibagi menjadi dua ordo, yaitu Rhynchobdellida, yang sesuai namanya memiliki belalai berotot yang dapat dijulurkan untuk makan, dan ordo Arhynchobdellida yang tidak memiliki belalai tersebut. Lintah medis, jenis lintah yang paling dikenal di dunia, termasuk ke dalam kelompok Hirudiniformes dalam Arhynchobdellida.[1]
