Suku getah-getahan, suku kastuba-kastubaan atau Euphorbiaceae adalah salah satu famili anggota tumbuhan berbunga. Menurut Sistem klasifikasi APG II suku ini dimasukkan ke dalam bangsa Malpighiales, klad euRosidae I. Keberadaan suku ini juga dikenal pada sistem-sistem klasifikasi sebelumnya, tetapi dengan cakupan berbeda-beda.

Euphorbiaceae merupakan famili tumbuhan berbunga terbanyak kelima dan ada sekitar 7.500 spesies[1] yang terorganisasi dalam 300 genus,[2] 37 suku, dan tiga subfamili; Acalyphoideae, Crotonoideae dan Euphorbioideae.[3] Di antara fosil tertua dari kelompok ini termasuk buah-buahan Euphorbiotheca deccanensis yang mengalami permineralisasi dari Lapisan Intertrappean India, yang berasal dari masa Maastrichtium Akhir pada akhir Kapur, sekitar 66 juta tahun yang lalu.[4]
