FLTK (dibaca sebagai fulltick) adalah salah satu GUI Toolkit yang ringan, cepat, namun tetap modern, dan cocok digunakan untuk mengembangkan berbagai jenis aplikasi GUI. FLTK dibangun untuk bahasa pemrograman C++, tetapi terdapat pula binding untuk bahasa pemrograman lain.[1]
FLTK tersedia untuk sangan banyak sistem operasi, termasuk UNIX, Linux, MS Windows, dan Mac OS X.
FLTK datang dengan sebuah GUI designer, yang diberi nama Fluid. Fluid tampil cukup sederhana, tetapi sudah sangat membantu dalam perancangan antarmuka pengguna (user interface).
