Fanagoreia (Yunani Kuno: Φαναγόρεια, dilatinkan: Phanagóreia; Rusia: Фанагория, dilatinkan: Fanagoriya) adalah kota Yunani kuno terbesar di semenanjung Taman, tersebar di dua dataran tinggi sepanjang pantai timur Bosporus Cimmerian.
Kota ini adalah emporium besar untuk semua lalu lintas antara pantai rawa Maeotian dan negara-negara di sisi selatan Kaukasus. Phanagoria merupakan ibu kota timur Kerajaan Bosporan, dengan Panticapaeum sebagai ibu kota baratnya. Strabo menggambarkannya sebagai kota yang patut diperhatikan yang terkenal karena perdagangannya. Sejenak menjadi Keuskupan Agung Metropolitan Katolik saat menjadi koloni Genova abad pertengahan dengan nama Matrega, kini tetap menjadi takhta uskup Katolik Latin.
Situs ini saat ini terletak tidak jauh di sebelah barat Sennoy di Krai Krasnodar, Rusia. Kota Yunani kuno lainnya, Hermonassa, terletak 25 kilometer (16 mil) di sebelah barat, di tepi pantai Taman modern.
