Faust adalah opera lima babak karya Charles Gounod, dengan libreto berbahasa Prancis yang disusun oleh Jules Barbier dan Michel Carré, disadur dari sandiwara Carré berjudul Faust et Marguerite. Opera ini secara tidak langsung dipengaruhi oleh Faust, Part One karya Johann Wolfgang von Goethe. Faust pertama kali dipentaskan di Théâtre Lyrique di Boulevard du Temple, Paris pada tanggal 19 Maret 1859, dengan tata panggung didesain oleh Charles-Antoine Cambon, Joseph Thierry, Jean Émile Daran, Édouard Desplechin, dan Philippe Chaperon.
