Ferdinand Porsche[2] (3 September 1875 – 30 Januari 1951) adalah seorang insinyur otomotif berkebangsaan Austria. Ia terkenal karena menciptakan kendaraan hibrida pertama di dunia (bensin-listrik), karyanya di Volkswagen Beetle, Mercedes-Benz SS/SSK, dan kendaraan-kendaraan bermerek Porsche. Porsche juga mendesain Benz Tropfenwagen 1923, yang merupakan mobil balap pertama dengan mesin di tengah dan berpenggerak roda belakang.
Porsche juga berkontribusi terhadap tank-tank Jerman yang canggih antara lain: Tiger I, Tiger II, dan Elefant serta tank Panzer VIII Maus. Pada tahun 1937, Porsche mendapatkan penghargaan German National Prize for Art and Science, salah satu penghargaan yang jarang diberikan oleh Nazi Jerman.
Pada tahun 1996, nama Porsche terukir di International Motorsports Hall of Fame dan pada tahun 1999 ia mendapat penghargaan Car Engineer of the Century (Insinyur Mobil Abad Ini).
