Flamingo james (Phoenicoparrus jamesi), juga dikenal sebagai flamingo puna, adalah spesies flamingo yang hidup di dataran tinggi Andes di Peru, Chili, Bolivia, dan Argentina barat laut.

Burung ini dinamai bedasarkan Harry Berkeley James, seorang naturalis Inggris yang mempelajari burung tersebut. Flamingo kames berkerabat dekat dengan flamingo andes, dan kedua spesies tersebut merupakan satu-satunya anggota genus Phoenicoparrus. Flamingo chili, flamingo andes dan flamingo james adalah hewan-hewan yang simpatrik, dan semuanya hidup dalam koloni (termasuk wilayah bersarang bersama).[4] Sebelumnya flamingo james disangka punah, hingga sebuah populasi ditemukan pada suatu wilayah yang terpencil pada 1956.[5]
