Majalah Forbes adalah sebuah majalah bisnis dan finansial Amerika Serikat yang didirikan pada 1917 oleh B.C. Forbes. Setelah kematiannya pada 1954 dan putra Bruce pada 1964, majalah ini terkenal bersama sang putra kedua Malcolm Stevenson Forbes, yang akrab dipanggil Malcolm Forbes (1917–1990). Saat ini, perusahaan tersebut dan majalahnya dipimpin Malcolm Stevenson Forbes Jr., (Steve Forbes) (1948–), dan saudara-saudaranya. Majalah Forbes pertama kali diterbitkan di Indonesia oleh PT Wahana Mediatama pada bulan November 2010.
Majalah ini bermarkas di Fifth Avenue di New York City.
Forbes terkenal akan daftar-daftar perusahaan dan orang-orang terkaya di dunia, di antaranya Forbes 500 (perusahaan terkaya di dunia), Forbes 400 (pengusaha terkaya di Amerika Serikat), World's Richest People (daftar orang-orang terkaya di dunia).
