Ford C-Max (ditulis Ford C-MAX atau Ford Focus C-Max) adalah MPV kompak sejak 2003 untuk pasar Eropa yang diproduksi oleh Ford.[2] Ford memperkenalkan C-Max di Amerika Serikat sebagai varian kendaraan hibrida diantaranya C-Max Hybrid dan hibrida plug-in C-Max Energi.
