Forgotten Realms adalah sebuah setting kampanye untuk permainan bermain peran fantasi Dungeons & Dragons (D&D). Umumnya disebut oleh para pemain dan perancang permainan dengan sebutan "The Realms", ini dibuat oleh perancang permainan Ed Greenwood pada sekitar tahun 1967 sebagai setting cerita masa kecilnya.[1]
