Fossil Record adalah sebuah jurnal ilmiah mitra bestari dua kali setahun yang mencakup bidang paleontologi. Jurnal ini didirikan pada tahun 1998 dengan nama Mitteilungen aus dem Museum für Naturkunde in Berlin, Geowissenschaftliche Reihe dan awalnya diterbitkan atas nama Museum für Naturkunde oleh Wiley-VCH. Pada 1 Januari 2022, Fossil Record mengganti penerbitnya menjadi Pensoft Publishers,[1] pemimpin redaksinya adalah Florian Witzmann.

Pengabstrakan dan pengindeksan

Jurnal ini diabstraksikan dan diindeks dalam Science Citation Index Expanded, BIOSIS Previews, The Zoological Record,[2] dan Scopus.[3] Menurut Journal Citation Reports, jurnal ini memiliki faktor dampak tahun 2020 sebesar 2,081.[4]
