Franklin Pangborn (23 Januari 1889 – 20 Juli 1958) adalah seorang pemeran karakter komedi Amerika Serikat yang dikenal karena memerankan peran-peran kecil namun terkenang dengan sifat komika. Ia tampil dalam banyak film Preston Sturges serta film-film W. C. Fields International House, The Bank Dick, dan Never Give a Sucker an Even Break. Atas jasanya dalam perfilman, Pangborn meraih bintang dalam Hollywood Walk of Fame di 1500 Vine Street pada 8 Februari 1960.[1][2]
