Frederick Alvin "Fred" Kelsey (20 Agustus 1884 – 2 September 1961) adalah seorang aktor Amerika, sutradara film, dan penulis skenario.[1]

Kelsey menyutradarai film satu dan dua gulungan untuk Universal Film Manufacturing Company.[2] Dia muncul di 404 film antara tahun 1911 dan 1958, sering bermain sebagai polisi atau detektif. Dia juga menyutradarai 37 film antara tahun 1914 dan 1920. Kelsey dikarikaturkan sebagai detektif dalam kartun MGM tahun 1943 Who Killed Who? disutradarai oleh Tex Avery. Ia lahir di Sandusky, Ohio dan meninggal di Motion Picture Country Home di Hollywood, California, pada usia 77 tahun.[3]
