Friedrich Wilhelm Waldemar Fromm (8 Oktober 1888 – 12 Maret 1945) adalah seorang perwira Wehrmacht asal Jerman. Di Perang Dunia II, Fromm adalah Panglima Tertinggi dari Tentara Pengganti (Ersatzheer), yang bertanggung jawab atas pelatihan dan penggantian personel untuk divisi tempur Angkatan Darat Jerman, posisi yang didudukinya selama sebagian besar perang.[1] Sebagai penerima Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross, dia dieksekusi karena gagal bertindak melawan plot 20 Juli 1944 yang bertujuan membunuh Hitler.[2]
