Friendship 7 ialah sebuah wahana antariksa yang digunakan untuk program Mercury, program pertama oleh Amerika Serikat untuk menempatkan seorang antariksawan di luar angkasa.
Misi ini diluncurkan pada tanggal 20 Oktober 1962, dipiloti oleh astronaut John H. Glenn, orang pertama AS yang mengorbit di luar angkasa. Penerbangan itu menggunakan pesawat Atlas # 109-D dan Mercury # 13, sehingga misi ini dinamai Mercury-Atlas 6.
John H. Glenn berhasil mengorbit bumi sebanyak 3 kali dengan durasi misi 4 jam, 55 menit, 23 detik sebelum akhirnya berhasil mendarat di laut[1]
