GD-ROM (singkatan dari "Gigabyte Disc Read-Only Memory") adalah sebuah format cakram optik proprieter yang aslinya dipakai untuk konsol permainan video Dreamcast, serta arkade sejawatnya, Sega NAOMI dan memakai produk-produk badan arkade Triforce. Dikembangkan oleh Yamaha, Sega berniat untuk memakai format tersebut untuk menghindari pembajakan yang umum terjadi pada cakram padat standar dan menawarkan peningkatan kapasitas penyetoran.
