GMC Syclone adalah versi performa tinggi dari truk pikap GMC Sonoma. Diproduksi pada tahun 1991 oleh GMC bersama dengan Production Automotive Services (PAS) - perusahaan yang sama yang dikreditkan dengan membangun Pontiac Turbo Trans Am 1989 yang terkenal, GMC Syclone adalah truk produksi tercepat yang diproduksi pada tahun 1991. Mengikuti produksi Syclone, truk bertenaga serupa 1992-1993 GMC Typhoon SUV didasarkan pada platform GMC Jimmy. Juga mengikuti Syclone, truk GMC Sonoma GT 1992 ditawarkan sebagai paket sport dengan tampilan Syclone tetapi tanpa harga dan kinerja pendahulunya yang turbocharged. Hanya 806 Sonoma GT yang diproduksi.
