Gamma Arae (γ Ara / γ Arae) adalah bintang ganda yang berada di rasi Ara, memiliki jarak 1136 tahun cahaya dari Bumi
Komponen utamanya, γ Arae A, merupakan bintang berwarna biru keputihan bertipe B (blue-white B-type supergiant) dengan magnitudo 3.5. Komponen lainnya, γ Arae B merupakan bintang katai putih dengan tipe A dengan magnitudo 10.5. Kombinasi keduanya memiliki magnitudo 3.31
Etimologi
Gamma Arae memiliki nama tradisional Zadok (atau Tzadok) yang berasal dari bahasa Ibrani yaitu "orang yang shaleh".[1]. Nama lain dari para astronom terdahulu adalah:
