Seagram Building adalah sebuah pencakar langit yang terletak di 375 Park Avenue, antara 52nd Street dan 53rd Street di Midtown Manhattan, New York City. Bangunan ini dirancang oleh Ludwig Mies van der Rohe bekerja sama dengan Philip Johnson. Severud Associates adalah konsultan teknik strukturnya. Bangunan ini berdiri dengan tinggi 516 kaki dengan 38 tingkat dan selesai dibangun tahun 1958. Gedung ini berdiri sebagai salah satu contoh terbaik estetika fungsionalis dan mahakarya modernisme korporat. Gedung ini dirancang sebagai kantor pusat perusahaan distilasi Kanada, Joseph E.
