George Washington Wilson (7 Februari 1823 – 9 Maret 1893)[1] adalah seorang fotografer perintis asal Skotlandia.[2] Pada tahun 1849, ia memulai karier sebagai miniaturis potret, beralih ke fotografi potret pada tahun 1852. Ia menerima kontrak untuk memotret Keluarga Kerajaan, bekerja untuk Ratu Victoria dan Pangeran Albert. Dia memelopori berbagai teknik untuk fotografi luar ruangan dan produksi massal cetakan fotografi saat dia secara bertahap mulai melakukan fotografi lanskap pada tahun 1860-an. Pada tahun 1864 ia mengklaim telah terjual lebih dari setengah juta kopi.
