Gerot-gerot, Ikan bibir tebal, atau Rajabau[3] (Famili Haemulidae) adalah sebuah famili ikan dalam ordo Perciformes. Famili ikan ini terdiri dari 19 genera dalam dua subfamili.[4] Ikan ini ditemukan di perairan tropis segar, payau, dan asin di seluruh dunia. Mereka adalah predator pemakan dasar.[5] Mereka juga terlibat dalam simbiosis mutualisme dengan ikan Gobi pembersih dari genus Elacatinus.[6]
