Gino Fano (5 Januari 1871 – 8 November 1952) adalah seorang matematikawan asal Italia. Ia lahir dari keluarga Yahudi kaya[1] di Mantua, Italia dan wafat di Verona, Italia.
Ia adalah ayah dari fisikawan Ugo Fano dan insinyur kelistrikan Robert Fano dan paman dari fisikawan dan matematikawan Giulio Racah.
