Gnocchi
Gnocchi (dibaca nyoki) merupakan jenis pasta yang terbuat dari kentang. Gnocchi biasanya diolah dengan saus krim dan kacang polong. Fusilli sendiri dapat dihidangkan dengan bahan lainnya seperti daging ayam, sayur-sayuran, sapi dan masih banyak lagi sesuai selera.
Gnocchi sendiri disajikan dengan pasta bolognese atau marinara.
