Gonad atau kelenjar seks atau kelenjar reproduksi[1] adalah kelenjar endokrin yang menghasilkan gamet (sel germinal) dari suatu organisme. Dalam betina dari spesies sel-sel reproduksi adalah sel telur, dan pada jantan sel-sel reproduksi adalah sperma.[2] Gonad laki-laki, testis, menghasilkan sperma dalam bentuk spermatozoa. Gonad wanita, indung telur, menghasilkan sel telur. Kedua gamet ini, adalah sel-sel germinal haploid.
