Graham E. Fuller (kelahiran 28 November 1937) adalah seorang analis politik dan pengarang Amerika, yang mengkhususkan diri dalam ekstrimisme Islam.[1] Awalnya menjadi wakil ketua Dewan Intelijensi Nasional,[2] ia juga menjabat sebagai Ketua Stasiun di Kabul untuk CIA.

Setelah berkarier di Departemen Negara Amerika Serikat dan CIA yang berlangsung selama 27 tahun,[3] ia bergabung dengan Rand Corporation sebagai ilmuwan politik senior yang mengkhususkan diri di Timur Tengah.[4][5][6] Pada 2006, ia berafiliasi dengan Universitas Simon Fraser di Vancouver, BC, sebagai profesor adjunct sejarah.[7] Ia merupakan pengarang sejumlah buku, termasuk The Future of Political Islam.[8]
