Great Eastern Main Line (GEML, kadang disebut East Anglia Main Line) adalah jalur kereta api besar sepanjang 1.145-mil (1.843 km) dalam sistem kereta api Britania Raya yang menghubungkan stasiun Liverpool Street di London Pusat dengan sejumlah tempat di London timur dan Inggris Timur, termasuk Shenfield, Chelmsford, Colchester, Ipswich, dan Norwich. Cabang-cabangnya juga menghubungkan jalur utama dengan Southminster, Braintree, Sudbury, Harwich, dan beberapa kota pesisir seperti Southend-on-Sea, Clacton-on-Sea, Walton-on-the-Naze, dan Lowestoft.[1]
Pengguna utama layanan ini adalah penumpang yang pulang-pergi ke London, terutama City of London yang dilayani stasiun Liverpool Street, dan berbagai daerah di London timur seperti distrik keuangan Docklands lewat relasi London Underground dan Docklands Light Railway di Stratford. Jalur ini juga sering digunakan oleh pelancong karena berhenti di sejumlah resor pesisir, pusat perbelanjaan, dan pedesaan. Rute ini juga menjadi arteri utama bagi kereta barang dari/ke Felixstowe dan Harwich lewat jalur cabangnya masing-masing. Kereta dari Southend Airport juga berangkat ke London melalui GEML.[2]
