Grez-sur-Loing merupakan sebuah komune di departemen Seine-et-Marne di region Île-de-France di utara-tengah Prancis.
Terletak di selatan Paris dan terkenal karena banyak seniman dan musisi yang tinggal di sana. Seniman Swedia Carl Larsson bertemu dengan istrinya Karin Larsson ketika keduanya sedang menetap di Grez.
Komposer Inggris Delius tinggal di sini dan menciptakan sejumlah karya bagi amanuensis-nya Eric Fenby di sini. Rumah mereka muncul dalam film 1968 oleh Ken Russell, Song of Summer, tetapi difilmkan di Inggris.
