Guys and Dolls adalah musikal dengan musik dan lirik oleh Frank Loesser dan buku dari Jo Swerling dan Abe Burrows. Musikal ini berdasarkan "The Idyll of Miss Sarah Brown" dan "Blood Pressure", dua cerita pendek oleh Damon Runyon,[1] dan juga meminjam tokoh dan elemen alur dari cerita Runyon lainnya, terutama "Pick the Winner". Dipromosikan di Broadway pada 1950, produksi orisinalnya dijalankan pada penampilan tahun 1200 dan memenangkan Tony Award untuk Best Musical. Musikal ini juga mendapar beberapa Broadway revivals contohnya West End productions.
Abe Burrows menulis sebagian besar Guys and Dolls, digantikan oleh Jo Swerling. Musukal dipilih sebagai pemenang pada 1951 Pulitzer Prize for Drama. Namun, karena masalah Burrow dengan House Un-American Activities Committee (HUAC), the Trustees of Columbia University, penyelenggara award tersebut, memveto pilihan tersebut, dan tidak ada pengharagaan Pulitzer for Drama tahun itu.[2]
1955 film adaptation dibintangi Marlon Brando, Jean Simmons, Frank Sinatra dan Vivian Blaine.
