Hans Vaihinger (Jerman: [hans ˈfaɪɪŋɐ];[2] 25 September 1852 – 18 Desember 1933) adalah seorang filsuf asal Jerman. Ia dikenal sebagai cendekiawan Kant dan membuat Die Philosophie des Als Ob (The Philosophy of 'As if'), yang terbit pada 1911 meskipun ia menyatakan bahwa prinsip-prinsip dasarnya telah ditulis lebih dari tiga puluh tahun lampau.[3][4][5]
