Henry Charles Beck (4 Juni 1902 – 18 September 1974) adalah penggambar teknik yang membuat peta Kereta Bawah Tanah London pada 1931.[1] Beck menggambar diagram yang menjadi cikal bakal peta kereta bawah tanah London setelah dipecat dari London Metro Signal Office.[1] Walaupun awalnya ditolak, bagian publisitas dari London Transport berubah pikiran dan menjadikan peta buatan Beck menjadi edisi saku pada Januari 1933. Peta ini lalu menjadi populer dan banyak digunakan, dan pihak kereta bawah tanah London mulai menggunakan peta berbentuk topologi, alih-alih bentuk topografi mulai saat itu. Harry Beck menginginkan jaringan jalur kereta mudah dipahami dengan membuat peta yang dengan garis lurus atau garis diagonal 45 derajat yang warna-warni.
