Hati angsa tusuk (bahasa Ibrani: שיפוד כבד אווז) adalah sebuah hidangan dari selatan Tel Aviv. Hidangan ini dibumbui dengan garam dan lada hitam dan terkadang dengan rempah-rempah seperti jintan putih, kayu manis, paprika, pala, lada Jamaika dan kunyit kemudian dipanggang.[1]
