He Kang (Hanzi: 何康; Pinyin: Hé Kāng; Februari 1923 – 3 Juli 2021) adalah seorang politikus Tiongkok yang menjabat sebagai menteri pertanian antara 1988 dan 1990 dan menteri pertanian, peternakan hewan dan perikanan antara 1983 dan 1988.[1] Ia menjabat sebagai wakil presiden Asosiasi Sains dan Teknologi Tiongkok sebanyak sua kali, 1986–1995 dan 1995–2000. Ia menjadi anggota Komite Pusat Partai Komunis ke-12 dan ke-13.
