Ir. Hein Namotemo, M.SP.[1] (24 November 1959 – 5 Desember 2025) adalah Bupati Halmahera Utara 2 periode yakni 2005—2010 dan 2010—2015.
Hein Namotemo pernah menjabat sebagai Kepala Bidang Ekonomi Bappeda Tk II Maluku Utara. Hein meninggal dunia di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Tobelo pada 5 Desember 2025.[2]
