Helibras atau Helicópteros do Brasil SA (Helikopter Brasil, Inc) adalah produsen helikopter yang berbasis di Brasil yang merupakan anak perusahaan yang sepenuhnya dimiliki oleh Eurocopter, sebuah divisi dari EADS. Helibras memimpin pasar Brasil dari helikopter turbin, dengan saham 54% di pasar sipil, pemerintah partisipasinya adalah 85%. Pangsa pasar militer adalah sekitar 66%.
