Hering griffon (Gyps fulvus) adalah sebuah burung hering Dunia Lama besar di burung keluarga mangsa Accipitridae. Ia juga dikenal sebagai griffon Eurasia. Ini tidak menjadi bingung dengan spesies yang berbeda, burung hering rüppell (Gyps rueppellii). Spesies berkerabat dekat dengan burung hering punggung-putih (Gyps africanus).
Hering griffon memiliki panjang 93–122 cm (37–48 in) dengan lebar sayap 2,3–2,8 m (7,5–9,2 kaki). Dalam perlombaan yang dinominasikan, jantan memiliki berat 6,2 hingga 10,5 kg (14 hingga 23 lb) dan betina biasanya berbobot 6,5 hingga 10,5 kg (14 hingga 23 lb), sedangkan pada subspesies India (G. fulvescens), burung nasar rata-rata 7,1 kg (16 lb).
