Hitoshi Yamakawa (Jepang: 山川 均, Hepburn: Yamakawa Hitoshi, 20 Desember 1880 – 23 Maret 1958) adalah seorang sosialis revolusioner Jepang yang memainkan peran tauam dalam pendirian Partai Komunis Jepang pada 1922. Ia juga merupakan anggota pendiri Rono-ha (Faksi Buruh-Petani), sebuah kelompok pemikir Marxis yang menentang Comintern.
