Alexei Ivanovich Hegai (bahasa Rusia: Алексей Иванович Хегай, bahasa Korea: 허가이; 18 Maret 1908 – 2 Juli 1953), juga dikenal sebagai Ho Ka-i, adalah seorang pejabat politik Uni Soviet di Korea Utara dan pemimpin faksi Korea Soviet dari 1949 sampai ia disingkirkan.[1] Ia diduga bunuh diri di Pyongyang[1] dan digantikan pada jabatan pemimpin oleh Pak Chang-ok.
