Holly Holliday adalah karakter fiksi dari serial drama musikal buatan Fox, Glee. Karakter ini diperankan oleh Gwyneth Paltrow, dan tampil sebanyak 3 kali selama musim kedua Glee. Holly adalah peran pertama Paltrow di acara televisi.[1] Peran Holly diciptakan oleh kreator Glee Ryan Murphy, yang merupakan teman baik Paltrow.[2] Holly sendiri adalah seorang guru pengganti yang kadang bekerja di McKinley High, dan juga berperan sebagai pelatih sementara klub glee New Directions ketika Will Schuester (Matthew Morrison) sakit selama beberapa hari di episode "The Substitute".
