Holon (artinya "pasir", bahasa Ibrani חוֹלוֹן) ialah sebuah kota di Israel. Holon berpenduduk sekitar 180.000 jiwa dan merupakan kota pendahulu Tel Aviv. Berbatasan dengan Tel Aviv di utara, Bat Yam di barat dan Rishon LeZion di selatan.

Kota ini didirikan pada tahun 1935. Holon adalah kota flamboyan dan elok dengan banyaknya taman, menjadikannya sebagai satu kota terhijau di Israel. Taman di persimpangan Rehovot HaHistadrut dan Eilat terkenal akan turnamen backgammon atau "shesh besh" yang terjadi tiap hari.

Holon memiliki lembaga pendidikan, pusat budaya dan olahraga, pusat penjualan modern, gedung, dan zona industri besar di Israel. Kota ini memiliki koloni Samaria, di mana sekitar separuh populasi dunia orang Samaria tinggal.
