Hot Issue adalah album mini kedua dari boy band asal Korea Selatan, Big Bang, yang dirilis di bawah label YG Entertainment.

Singel "Last Farewell" berhasil memuncaki tangga lagu online selama 8 minggu berturut-turut[2] dan terjual lebih dari 5 juta unduhan digital. Leader Big Bang, G-Dragon yang saat itu berusia 20 tahun, memproduksi dan menulis lirik untuk semua lagu dalam album Hot Issue. Lagu "Last Farewell" merupakan gabungan dari irama hip-hop dan melodi pop. Lagu "Crazy Dog" menggunakan penyintesis dan sampel dari lagu Seo Tai Ji & Boys yang berjudul "In My Fantasy".[1] "Last Farewell" memenangkan beberapa penghargaan, salah satunya Song of the Month di Cyworld Digital Music Awards.[3]

Album mini ini terjual lebih dari 100.000 kopi di Korea Selatan.[4]
