Hsu Hsin-liang (Hanzi: 許信良; Pinyin: Xǔ Xìnliáng; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: Khó͘ Sìn-liông; lahir 27 Mei 1941) adalah seorang politikus asal Taiwan, mantan Ketua Partai Progresif Demokrat (PPD). Ia menjadi pendukung Koalisi Pan-Biru dari 2000 sampai 2008 tetapi kemudian mendukung PPD dalam pemilu presidensial 2008.
