Hugh Ramopolo Masekela (4 April 1939 – 23 Januari 2018) adalah seorang pemain trompet, flugelhorn, cornet, komposer dan penyanyi Afrika Selatan. Ia adalah ayah dari pembawa acara televisi Amerika Sal Masekela. Ia dikenal karena komposisi jazznya, serta menulis lagu-lagu anti-apartheid terkenal seperti "Soweto Blues" dan "Bring Him Back Home".
Masekela meninggal dunia di Johannesburg pada 23 Januari 2018 karena penyakit kanker prostat dalam usia 78 tahun.[1][2]
