Human Rights Quarterly (HRQ) adalah sebuah jurnal akademik yang didirikan oleh Richard Pierre Claude[1] pada tahun 1982.[2] Seperti yang tersirat dari namanya, jurnal ini mengkaji bidang hak asasi manusia. Di dalamnya terdapat kajian ilmiah, kajian hukum, kajian kebijakan, dan tinjauan buku. Jurnal ini diterbitkan oleh Johns Hopkins University Press.

Menurut Journal Citation Reports, faktor dampak jurnal ini pada tahun 2014 tercatat sebesar 0,841, sehingga jurnal ini menduduki peringkat 68 dari 161 jurnal dalam bidang "imu politik" dan peringkat 23 dari 41 jurnal dalam bidang "isu sosial".[3]
