Hyderabad Multi-Modal Transport System, biasanya disingkat MMTS, adalah sebuah sistem kereta api pinggiran kota di Hyderabad, India .[5] Perusahaan ini merupakan usaha patungan dari Pemerintah Telangana (sebelumnya Pemerintah Andhra Pradesh) dan South Central Railway zone , dioperasikan oleh South Central Railway zone . Sistem 90-kilometer (56 mi) beroperasi untuk melayani kota Hyderabad dan area pinggiran kota yang menghubungkan Hyderabad, Secunderabad, [ [Falaknuma]], Lingampally, Medchal dan Umdanagar dengan total 133 layanan MMTS. Saat ini 86 layanan MMTS sedang dioperasikan karena efek COVID-19.[6]
