Ian Scott Holloway (lahir 12 Maret 1963) adalah seorang mantan pemain sepak bola berkewarganegaraan Inggris yang biasa bermain pada posisi gelandang. Kini Holloway menjadi seorang pelatih sepak bola dan menangani klub Millwall di Inggris.
Holloway memulai karier di klub Bristol Rovers. Sempat dipinjamkan ke Torquay United saat bergabung dengan Brentford. Dia mengakhiri karier bermainnya saat kembali bergabung di klub pertamanya pada tahun 1999.
Holloway memulai kariernya sebagai pelatih pada tahun 1996 dengan menangani klub Bristol Rovers di Inggris, kemudian berpindah-pindah klub hingga pada tahun 2014 ditunjuk untuk menangani Millwall.[1]
