Icel (skt. 460 - skt. 535[1]), juga dieja Icil adalah pemimpin Angli dan kakek buyut Creoda dari Mercia. Menurut sejarah Anglo-Saxon dia adalah putra Eomer dan dari sumber yang sama, Icel disebutkan sebagai ayahanda Cnebba. Icel dianggap sebagai yang pertama dari keluarganya, yang datang ke Britania dari wilayah Angli di Jerman utara dan menjadi raja Mercia.[2]
